FASHION ILLUSTRATION PROJECT...final boards

Here i have displayed my 10 finished boards of my fashion illustration brief. The project ensured I experimented through a range of development processes in order to find my signature style of illustration..I therefore feel these show my style and reflect me as a designer...I hope you find my illustrations as visually exciting as I do...

PRINT exploration and development...

These print ideas I believe who I am as a designer, they showcase my love for colour, intricate detail and visually stimulating ideas that can be worn on the garments..I have produced lots of different prints ways of which I can possibly use in my designs, my development and in my final collection lineup..I have used a wide source of research blended with my own signature style to create some exciting prints..Inspired by some of the great designers such as McQueen, Basso and Brooke & Manish Arora!Three artists of whom have influenced me continuously throughout the project!I just hope everyone can interpret the depth and theme behind these of I feel are stunning prints...

STRUCTURED CHAOS..colour palette/theme board

Basso and Brooke..what can I say!This designer has always been a true inspiration to the work i have produced! Such innovative designs, such fresh lines and such vibrant detail makes the designs so unique from other designers..I would undoubtably like to make there work a feature, a highlight in my research!This then can be emulted and inspired for me to create some amazing and visually exciting print designs...

Manish Arora,1 word...AMAZING!

Manish Arora..a true inspiration to fashion is a designer I have only recently discovered! Her style is something of which I will emulate and be influenced in order to create my own designs...Her vivid, powerful use of colour, her dynamic eye for pattern is so beautiful..A designer I will definitely look into for my current design project.....

STRIKE A POSE!

Here are some extremely stunning photographs modelled by the beautiful Jessica Beaumont! The objective of the shoot was to create lots of silhouettes of which i can work with in different projects....by striking lots of poses I am able to create fabulous fashion illustrations and templates to work with..I am very excited to start collaging and trying out a vast majority of techniques that will find my Sophie Nisbet's handwriting and gorgeous signature style!Let's get to work......
